That's what I assumed as well buying it but my calipers came back at .685.

Also my .680 Pug didn't have rings on the barrel either. It did however have a plate stating bore size. Ringed barrels were only for blazer/threaded barrels to my knowledge?

I have a stock NY pgp that measures .685 as well. I think its luck of the draw sometimes.

I bought a case of orange Anarchy few months ago and was measuring it at about .685 on average.

I also bought a couple cases of Precision. I was using my .684 insert with the orange and was shooting the yellow using my .687 insert. About 10% of it was rolling through my .689 insert.

The Anarchy is definitely thicker and seems a little more consistently round and obviously you are paying for that, but I had no issues with the Precision and I was shooting it strictly through mostly old, “not soft on paint” type guns.
