| 3357 Optimizing A couple of questions for 3357 enthusiasts about general maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading.
First question is I understand the barrel is steel and as such is prone to being less than shiny without some upkeep. Anything in particular that anyone has found particularly helpful in keeping a nice shiny, smooth barrel?
Next, I took my 3357s out last time I was at the field, and found that I was chopping paint about 90% of the time. I'm assuming this is due to cylinder misalignment but I also thought it could be due to the geometry of the detent ring in the cylinder. Any experience with this and suggestions on how to fix it?
Last question, are there any airsmiths who work on 3357s? For example, trigger jobs, valve mods for good velocity, velocity adjusters, aftermarket barrels, general tuning, etc? |
