Douglas Adams- I'll reread one of his books every year. Its such a shame that he died so young. Same for Lovecraft.

Not long ago I had reread "Salmon of Doubt". Adams died while writting it, so only the FIRST HALF of the rough draft has been published. It ends just as things start getting really good, so its fun to imagine how it would have progressed.

Other books I'll often read again every year: Angelas Ashes, and Into the Wild.
