Okay, I updated the first post for the week's total ride time, distance, and average speed. I think that should be enough to judge progress by, but if anyone thinks I should flesh out the updates a bit more, please make suggestions! I wanted to keep it streamlined, so a bunch of updates won't make the original post cluttered and difficult to read.
I think I'm gonna balance endurance and exertion. Monday and Thursday will be exertion (go for improving average speed), while Tuesday and Friday will be endurance (distance rides). Wednesday will be rest day, as will the weekend.
Wouldn't you really rather have a Buick?
