Thanks matteekay. So the rear screw is in the same place, and the front screw is in further ahead...I wonder if PPS will make one with standard sheridan spacing if I ask really nicely I'll have to ask them.

The reason I am willing to go through all of this is because I injured my wrist snowboarding a bunch of years back, and it is nowhere near as flexible as it should be. The 86 frame is MUCH more comfortable for me, whereas a normal 45 type grip starts to strain my wrist after some play.
