The 12gr bucket adaptor stuck in the vert ASA? - a strap wrench (i think that's what it's called); it's a rubber strap pipe wrench like what you use to change an oil filter only smaller
Also, if you're having an issue with the 12gr not piercing, you can use a 113 size standard o-ring in the bottom of the bucket changer to put the 12ie an extra 1/16-ish of an inch higher in the bucket; it works well as a simple fix for non-piercing 12ie's and it doesn't fall out when you change 12ie's
