| If you're talking about a good reg (i.e. Crossfire), you can choose either. Using a LP output may be better if you haven't got an on-off ASA, as it'll be easier to screw/unscrew it while pressurized; but the choice is yours.
Personally, I'd go for a HP tank. If you decide to switch guns, it'll still work. And in any case, you can afterwards switch the reg for a GA Myth -the original, not the one from ANS-, which is mid-pressure (600psi output).
