Thanks for pointing that out, I wondered why the stem was sticking.
Also, this may be a stupid question but is the hammer lug upside down? This is the first time I've seen the threaded part of the lug catch the sear.
When I remove it form the hammer the lug has a non threaded part that looks like it should be facing down on the sear.
