Update - turns out I needed to angle it just a bit more and it's far easier to shoot - though I still can't walk.. lol. Ran out of air and it's too cold to head to the shed for more - should have an updated video up tomorrow.
I'm using an ULT on/off.

The spring tension inside the Cheater is supposedly adjustable.
Mine hasn't arrived yet, though, and I don't exactly have a mag to put it in at the moment...
I have oodles of autococker pneumatic hose available for sale

I'll be honest I am not 100% up on the cheater pnu set up BUT, unless it is very weak on the push for the sear, I would not bother using the ult, it just introduces a bit more weirdness into the gun when using the level 10 set up.
ULT in the E frames helps the wussie pancake noids and battery life, where the Pnu system should be able to kick the sear without much issue with the standard on/off and a proper pin length.
