I think I am going insane. I have replaced all the orings and no luck. It is no longer leaking with the on off. It is now out of the bleed hole. The second one from the back.

I pull the trigger and the leak stops. When I let go of the trigger, the leak starts slow and then goes full blown in about half to a full second.

On another note, my classic valve is now extremly sensative to the trigger pull. Less then a tenth of an inch trigger pull and it seems to double fire when trying to shoot just one shot, but shooting a string it is fine.

Also, is it bad if the on/off pin is coming down through the sear hole???? it is happening with both valves.

AGH!!!!!!

For the leak: Could be a dirty/bad regulator piston. Tear it down to the piston and make sure the piston o-ring is clean and lubed.

Also, does the valve have a Level10 bolt? Found this on AO (I did not know that a newer reg piston was developed since the Level10 bolt was released):
Quote:
The bad regulator seat oring can cause a build up of pressure that can cause venting.

Constant venting is either a bad or dirty oring in the valve or a bad/dirty oring on the regulator piston assembly. If the gun doesn't fire hot, then it is most likely the regulator piston assembly. I would first clean out the valve back. This is done by removing the velocity adjuster nut and removing the regulator piston assembly. Clean the cavity and the piston assembly as well as the spring pack. Put some clean grease on the spring pack. Inspect the piston assembly oring and replace if necessary. This oring doesn't use grease but a light application of automag lubricant will make it move smoothly and keep it from gathering dirt.

A weak regulator piston assembly will have leaking issues, but they will be more subdued and will increase as you increase the velocity and decrease as you decrease the velocity. As you get the chamber pressure down below the weakened safety release pressure setting, the venting will stop all together. If this happens, you need to replace the regulator piston assembly with one of the new higher pressure versions that were developed for the higher operating pressures of the level 10 bolt.
For the shooting problems: Could be related to the leak. If you have a chrono, check and see if it is shooting hot. Does it have an aftermarket gripframe? A lot of shooting/leaking issues are a result of a poorly-fitting frame due to machining tolerances.

Are you talking about the small bleed hole? Removed your reg pin assy and clean out the cavity with Q-Tips. It could be dirt or the 2 orings on that reg pin that need replacing.

On another note, my classic valve is now extremly sensative to the trigger pull. Less then a tenth of an inch trigger pull and it seems to double fire when trying to shoot just one shot, but shooting a string it is fine.

When your marker is gassed up, is there a gap between the trigger and the sear rod? If no, make it so. You should have a 1/16 inch gap (no more then the thickness of a credit card) between them.

Also, is it bad if the on/off pin is coming down through the sear hole???? it is happening with both valves.

That's normal

It is not the first bleed hole, it is the second one if you are counting from the back

There is a gap between the rod and trigger, about the thickness of a credit card. I pull the trigger back and the rod stays back for a moment when the trigger is foward. After that it kicks foward and shoots.
