Air rushing out the front

What can the cause be of air suddenly rushing out the front of the powertube.
It's an X-Valve with a level 10.

Nope. It doesn't even fire. That's how much air is escaping.

I checked the o-rings. I have a spare on/off. I'll try that first, and then the sear.

I had that happen once. It was the outer on off top oring. it had a big old tear in the face of it.
