Bolt return problems

Hey guys,

I posted this on that other forum a bit back, but couldn't get a solid answer.

I have a RT classic with a tuned level 10, but when the level 10 activates the bolt doesn't fully reset and I have to use my finger to push it back. Would this be caused by the spring or is there something else going on? input is 900 (rapidfiring)

Sounds like bolt stick. There are a dozen causes. A worn bolt spring is one. That might be the easiest to check first.

Thanks guys. I think it's the spring, pretty darn rusty and old looking.

I'm not sure where to get shims. hints?

thanks. Bolt spring first, then shims.

Red. Gold for tuning. Gray for tinkering.

Not sure if AGD has reds anymore so you might be stuck with the gray.

Shims are probably going to be the fix on this one but if your bolt is old and crusty then change it out too.

I am sorry if I am pulling this from OP and if you want PM me instead.
I know I talked to a a guy at AGD a year or so ago... But they are still in business?! I so hope they make a return. I loved my EMAG and still miss it. I never kept her in electronic but always in a hybrid mode.
