850 should be ok to cycle.

Here are a list of some usual suspects:
*No rail bushing
*Gray "long" spring on bolt
*Field strip screw too loose/tight
*Grip frame screw too loose/tight
*velocity too low
*input pressure too low

After you rebuilt the valve, did you try the level 7 first or go straight to putting the level 10 in? I'm not sure this is a carrier issue, but if it is and you need a larger carrier let me know and I'll see what I can dig up.

have you tried it with the barrel off?

850 should be plenty.

also is there a credit card width gap between the trigger rod and back of the trigger?

did not try it with barrel off and no much larger than a credit card gap. Im going to try removing the lv10 and get it going with old lv7 bolt and see if it will get going.

So with air in it i should have a credit card gap to trigger?

You need to adjust the trigger rod forward. When aired up it should sit 1/32 or so behind the trigger. Once that's correct air it up and see I you hear a click when it airs up.

Yeah, aired up you should have about a credit card width gap. I believe you can also find the factory spec. for trigger rod length on AO.

Problem is the spec is for stock trigger frames. Not sure if there is a spec for Benchys

I would think that as long as the rod doesn't completely disappear in the frame when trigger is pulled you should be fine.
