Pump mag leak

My pumpmag leaks down the barrel after being shot. It stops when I recock it. I replaced all the on/off orings but no luck.

Any help?

I'm assuming it has the Level 7 bolt. Try replacing the powertube o-ring. Also, make sure your bolt spring isn't worn (it should extend past the face of the bolt).

It has an ANS Phase II bolt, and has a fresh bolt spring. I already replaced the powertube o-ring, and I tried different powertube spacers but it didn't work.

Check your trigger rod and on/off pin length

I have found the BOLT makes a MAJOR difference in how my classic pump mag operates.
Only bolt that works consistent is a factory AGD level 7 bolt.
My 32* venturi bolt does not seal up the same each shot and also recocks a LOT harder.

I had that problem with mine, and after changing valves, bolts, orings........... it turned out to be nothing more than the frame bolts were too tight. Either the one in front or back, can't remember.

I don't recall mentioning trades, especially not for smart Farts. Thanks though.

I took the pump kit off and it shot fine. What piece for the kit do I need to make it function properly?

Have you tried it with an older bolt spring. Some guys need to cut the springs down to get them to work right. I found some kits are hit or miss with certain valves. Some work fine as they work as semi. But other need tinkering.

My team has 4 pump mags now. I have two Rainman pump mag and my team mate ajnin has two AGD pump mags. Here is how we have been running our pump mags to alleviate power tube and barrel leaks and semi shooting with the pump kits installed:

The way we have been fixing the carrier leak is take the carrier out of the power tube, remove the o-ring from power tube, put .220 CARRIER IN FIRST (the INCORRECT way to assemble the power tube) and THEN put in the o-ring. This has stopped all our carrier leaks and the pump mags function GREAT when the carrier and o-ring are in reverse locations.

It stopped our carrier/power tube leaks and gives a little more resistance at the end of the bolt cycle and helps the wave spring not let the sear re-engage!

So... in essence... build your power tube INCORRECTLY(switching .220 spacer and power tube 0-ring) to get it working great. All mine are rocking well. I used it ALL DAY yesterday playing up here with Hurt Cow. Great day.
