I took my 'new' RT valve, cleaned it up, dis-assembled it, replaced some o-rings, re-lubed everything, and re-assembled the whole thing. Popped it into my Minimag and she works great! I only have two preset tanks, a Pure Energy 4500 and a Crossfire 4500, both at 850psi.

I've only tried the Pure Energy tank and there's definately no 'RT' effect, I'm hoping the Crossfire one might be a little more reactive as the recharge rate is faster. I know that somewhere around 900-1000psi is supposed to be the magic range for going 'rt', but I also know every RT valve is different and some get the effect easier than others with lower psi. Maybe I'll get lucky! If not then I'm definately going to save up to buy a used adjustable tank.

In addition to psi, also keep in mind that the on/off pin also has an effect on the reactivity.
