rt on/off problem

I have an rt on/off that I put into a classic valve. The marker cycles with the stock on/off but not when I put in the rt. Any ideas?

Should I shave a little off from the bottom or top?

Since you asked, you should honestly probably have someone else do it.

Measure the RT on/off pin. How long is it?

I made the same swap a week or so ago without any problems. There's got to be and easy fix without machining anything.

Is it sitting flush with the bottom of the valve or is there a gap? The follow-up question to that is "did you leave any o-rings in the valve hole where the on/off goes, when you pulled the on/off out?"

Any leaks?
