what the heck is the robtown army mod??!?

I keep seeing videos with mags that have the robtown army mod in them. I have no idea, whatsoever, what this is but apparently it makes mags ridiculously easy to R/T the crap out of.

also, where can I get it?!?!

Shorter on/off pin and increased input pressure? That's what it looks like. I also did a quick search on AO and some guy asked about it 4 years ago.
