Exclamation Mini-Unisizer-Freak 'Cocker Barrel

Could anyone here take cocker barrel and bore it to take a unisizer like a short freak insert directly? Have the front threaded part of the unisizer cut off in a lathe to make it the length of the rear unthreaded portion of the cocker barrel?

Kind of like a super-small self-adjusting Freak insert.
