Help! Nelspot Freak mod and dual pump arm slot

I have a Nelspot that I would like bored out to take freak inserts and have a slot milled on the right side so I can use a dual pump arm setup.

I realize that the freak inserts are longer than the barrel in the nelspot. I have a barrel extension that I would like to use as the "front", so it will need to have about an inch bored to take up the extra length of the freak insert.

Now heres the catch, the body was recently powder coated and is in perfect shape. If at all possible I would like to minimize damage to the finish. Somewhat of a crazy request as I'm asking someone to cut and bore the body.

Anyone here interested in this kind of work? PM me a quote and lets talk about it.

I've found a source locally to do the pump arm slot and to do some milling on the barrel extension. We will have to see what he thinks about the freak insert.

Do you know how far into the 007 barrel to bore? I thought I heard the ball stops right at the front frame screw hole in the body. So in theory, bore back to that point?
