  | Project Darkstar OK... On to my latest project. I spoke with someone a couple weeks ago about some trouble he was having with his Nova.He asked if I would take a look at it for him.I said sure send it to me I'll get it back up and running for you.He did mention that he had a Darkstar...but didn't say that's what he wanted fixed  SO imagine my surprise when I opened up the box today and found this baby inside! I'll make sure to get some good pictures of the process here and all the guts too.

| I'm not sure who superman is so I don't know if it is his or not.I'm going to strip everything apart tomorrow.Think I might be missing the reg pin for the darkstar reg though.May have to make a new one...just have to find out how long it is supposed to be Blackrain... If by chance you do have one of those e-frames I'll buy it off you...

| OK here are some pictures of the internals and grip frame...I know way too many pictures... Here is the Nova 700 internals 5 ring spool  And here are the Darkstar internals 3 ring spool  The rest are the grip frame and solenoid

| OK and here is some action shot from today with Project Darkstar... I repaired the wiring for the switch and board yesterday.Replaced a cut oring on the valve in the Darkstar rail.Cleaned up all the parts and put it back together.Thing shot pretty darn good so I had to try it out today.I'm going to order another batch of o-rings in the next week or two so I can change them all anyway. Project Darkstar in action

| It is the Oregon Scientific atc2k... Thing works great! 2 gig card gets you an hours worth of video in 640x480 resolution and 30 fps.
