Anodizing an AKA, HELP!!

OK, so I now have all parts done for my evil M (just need to do some adjustments on the frame so that the boards fits perfectly.

Now to the crux! I can for the life of me understand how i can disassemble the 2-LITER™ PLUS DUAL reg!!! Somewhere in the back of my mind I think I can remember that one CANT disassemble it, can one then anodize it?? if not, that sucks

I also have a DC LPR and need to remove the cover cap so that it can be anodized as well, no idea on that one either.

It all goes away for anodization in about a week so all replies would be awesome.

If my memory serves me right you can't disassemble a 2-liter for anno. You can buy them unassembled from AKA and then send it back for essembly. I remember trying with my merlin and ended up going with the sidewinder because of it.

2liters are red loctite'd from factory. Very hard to disassemble, can be done but good chances of ruining it. For DC/STD lpr, just unscrew it.

We disassemble them at the shop ...so if you have the right stuff it can be done

Fsrx1c: i tried to email jarred as i would gladely send you two markers to get them anodized and after that tuned. No reply yet

also would like em back within 3 months as the swedish championships starts. Is this something you could look into?? I kknow the color scheme already. Im dying to get them anodized and and get some paint down the range!!!!

The problem is not getting the guns assembled/dissassembled....the problem is how long the annodizer takes...we have no control over that....also the shop is closed as of tomorrow for a week or so, Jared has to take care of some health issues of a family member, and there is no way i can get to the shop at all
