You might be onto something. I just took a look and the lpr was fairly loose. I could hand tighten and loosen the bullet nose. Internals were pristine so I have it back together and on a little more snug. I have no idea what it is now set at though.

ahh i think im confusing you with yakitori, he had a dust clear/white and black streamline 04 excal that still is tops on my list for coolest AKA guns ever

Did you ever take the ram out to clean it or the chamber it sits in? I had a similar problem on 2 occasions and it was due to a shredded o-ring getting stuck in the air passages when I took out my ram to clean it.
