I keep a Leatherman Wave (original, not the newer one) at home for doing stuff, but what I carry with me, particularly to the field, is my Skeletool. It's actually thin enough to be carried comfortably and has space for two bits. So I carry one Phillips head bit, and then I pick out the correct allen key bit (out of the kit, sold separately) that my gun needs for velocity adjustment.

That's pretty much it.
