Inexpensive Regulator for a Blowback

What is a consistent (and not crazy expensive) regulator to use on a high-pressure blowback? I figured I'd ask this time instead of taking my old route of "buy it, put it on, and find out too late that it doesn't go to a high enough output pressure". Something that'll reach up to the 700-800 psi range?

(Or, if my Google-fu simply failed me, is there a list of regs and their output ranges around somewhere?)

I would say either a stabilizer or a sidewinder. Sidewinders are supposed to get up to 700psi though I've never tried. My tippmann loves to run on a stabilizer though.

Or possibly an old WGP factory reg. (Ergo or the stock one off a cocker) I used to run a spyder on one with zero hiccups.

are you using CO2 or HPA?

An old stock cocker reg is your best bet price wise stabs and sidewinders are expensive 70+ stock wgp ones you can get for about 15-20 bucks

why not a regulator FROM a blowback? Azodin Rock Steady Inline Regulator - Gloss Black

you might need to change springs anyway though, if your blowback wasn't meant for regulators.

used sidewinder is around $50

Yeah, I found that a little bit ago. It's going to be my most likely route...especially seeing as it's going on a Kaos anyway.

PPS and AKA regulators are not cheap, even used. AA Vigilantes are great and usually pretty cheap, watch out for reg seats though. Stock Ion or WGP regs can be had for a song.
