I have a hybrid reg here right now, for Mario over at FX Ano
Its on a custom Cocker I halfblocked, he ano'd and is ready to start shootin
He sent me the whole gun to reassemble and tune for him.

The Reg is the same layout as a CCM reg....

But for some reason... I cant get it to adjust, AT ALL.

It gasses up and shoots up to 900psi.

Top to bottom....

Top section is a small spring on a brass piston
urathane oring
brass cap

Bottom section
Oring Bumper
Setscrew Plate

1) Why the heck will it not adjust
2) It started leaking out of the Setscrew after try number 10112314

I even tried ccm internals in it... (had to use the thinner setscrew plate, ccm was too thick for the length)

I am assuming this is the same reg design used on bob long torpedos, very similar to a pps stab or agd mag valve.

try it with out the spring in the bottom section, if it is still not regulating then you know your problem is in the top section since it shouldn't be letting any air through at all at that point. Probably the urathane o-ring in the top section or a mared face on the brass piston or brass cap.

and if is leaking out of the set screw then the o-ring on you're reg piston (o-ring bumper) has gone bad.
I b da fat one

If loud pipes save lives imagine what bright pink helmets could do.

my feedback
