I did not realize it was 1" x 1".

I can't speak for material but I do know that the VLBows I have used have been the strongest elbow I have seen.

Vlbows come with a sleeve so as to accommodate7/8 or 1 inch. Strength of material is hit or miss.

Atomic Elbow FTW! Just got mine the other week to use with my 50 round APP hopper on my pre-2K RF Cocker/Sniper. Fits nice and snug even without using the clamp. My only complaint is how blazing white it looks from a distance, probably going to try and get my team captain to RIT dye it OD green along with my Spire when it comes in.

I also have a 1"x1" with the sleeve and it seems like I have to tighten the side with the sleeve (around my RF tube) quite a bit more than the side clamped around my hopper feed tube (no sleeve). It still holds well but if I just tighten it with my fingers it seems to move ever so slightly when I'm loading paint into the hopper. But if the Vlbows have the spacer it will work.

just my $.02
