Building a cocker pump

I want to half block a cocker but I'm clueless. Know any how to threads, pic heavy would be best. Oh I'm having a shop who's done halfblocks before do the cutting I just need to know what I need and how to get it I guess... like I said, clueless

if the shop has done them before, then there isn't much you need to do. you will need a slotted hammer, but that's it, after the half blocking of the body. next would be a pump kit and a half block bolt and sled and that's it. its not complicated.

Look up Jcurt in the airsmith section for the half-block bolt and sled combo. His prices are pretty good. Otherwise go over to CustomCockers and search for half block mod, there is a how to thread for the mod. Your also going to need to have the pump arm cut down and re-threaded.

Since youre having a shop do it for you there isn't much for you to do. If you sent it to Curt he can cut the pump arm too for you.

I'd say send him your body and have him put his kit on it and send it back then assemble the rest and go play
