Ok I think I found out why it was leaking. There is a small nick inside the bolt guide so I'm going to need a new one.

It's all good at least now my mini has all new internals now. Next time I know what to look for if it happens again let's hope not. Thanks to everyone who helped and Ty and flounder for the great help.
