Where can I have oring produced?

Is it for a moving part or fixed o-ring holding pressure? You could potentially use one of the o-ring splicing kits. Could also try these guys: O-Rings West

I'm guessing it's maybe not an actual o-ring but something else? Thousands of sizes of o-rings have been made and having to have one made is a bit odd to me. Might even make more sense to change the part it's going on to use something off the shelf so it's servicable in the future.
