Custom Products 98 barrel

Calling on the vast collective knowledge of MCB here

Has anybody gotten one of the Custom Products one piece barrels for the 98?

I was thinking about picking one up in 0.685 10" in dust black for my 98 build

https://www.customproducts.us/products/detail/4758

Do they have the stepped bore to accommodate for the bolt going into the barrel, and does it work smoothly? Let me know guys, thanks.

If it comes down to it I will hunt down some 98 to cocker adapter.

Thanks all!

We sold tons of CP barrels for the 98 back at the old shop, always worked good. Never seen one machined incorrectly for bolt clearance, so no worries there. Just a good, well made, no hype barrel.

CP makes some of the best barrels in paintball, period. A 10inch, .685 is perfect for a 98. it is indeed stepped at the end for the bolt.

CP is one of the best companies around and their barrels have always been solid and definitely a steal for the price.

One thing to consider is that you probably won't see any meaningful performance difference between a .691 and a .685 out of your 98.
