How to take out the safety on a sheridan frame?

Like the title says, how do you take out the safety on a Sheridan frame? I have a Piranah LB that I want to install an AT kit on, but I can't seem to get the safety out.

I've taken out both of the pins holding the sear and the trigger in place, but the trigger itself won't come out because the safety is in the way, and I suspect the safety won't come out because the trigger is in the way?

So, how do I do this?

Oh wow, nevermind, just after I wrote the above, I turned the safety pin a bit, and was able to pull it out with a pair of pliers!

Thanks though!

Which way did it come out? Toward the side with the red indicator? Or toward the thicker side? I can't seem to get mine out either, the frame is extremely corroded and the trigger is stuck solid too...

I don't think it matter which side, but I tend to take my out of the thicker side. You need to push the trigger back into the frame a little and twist the safety. It should slide out. You may need to convince it a little with some slight taps if the frame is that corroded.
