Question Sheridan Equilizer velocity problems

Does anyone know why I can't get my Equilizer under 380 fps.
I used it for a couple of hours one day with no problems, then all of a sudden, no more velocity control.
I've tried the velocity adj screw on the top of the ASA, (assuming that is what it is).
And no difference.
I took it apart to find 3 large nuts (as in nuts and bolts, not walnuts LOL) in the air chamber.
I took those out, no difference.
Not sure how to take the Regulator apart. I'm assuming something is wrong there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem. Try running a bunch of oil through the gun and then the only other option is to use a second regulator.

Ok, tried the oil, no change...
Tried the second regulator, and I could lower the velocity to 260-300 but the recharge time was almost 2-3 seconds.
So back to square one.

Thanks Gabe for trying.

Well I got it worked out.
It seems the 3 big nuts were in the air chamber for a reason.
I added a second reg (ANS Gen X) and no change until I put those 3 nuts back in the marker.
Now I get a mesmerizing 5 shot string at about 3 shots per second, before it starts to shoot down.
Thanks to all who answered.
