question about newer bluestreaks

A local gun shop is carrying Bluestreak pellet rifles for about $160. However these look brand new, and the saftey is in the front of the trigger. Do these work for palmers?

I believe the answer is no.

The stock might, the trigger grouping will definitely not.

Negative on the stocks and trigger groups. Both are completely different.

The stock will not be usable either. The new trigger groups are bigger which requires removal of more wood from the stock at the factory. Then the stock hits PPS and they have to remove more wood... basically you end up with a stock that is ready to break in the trigger area with a good hit to it.

Didn't know that - good to know.

Are there any other stocks that work with a KP/Hurricane? Aside from a little relief work, that is?

Nice wide rifle stock blanks are great if you don't mind doing the work yourself.

if i'm not mistaken, BretG uses the new BS stocks for his KL conversions. i think they are easier for him to use because the wood has, for the most part, already been removed(as mentioned above) and there is less work involved to fit the lever plate.

That I could see.... but for PPS, they need to hog out for the x-way and that eats into things a bit anyways.

What about the co2 models of newer bluestreaks? Wouldnt you simply desolder the old barrels off them and solder new barrel stock onto them and swap the stocks?
