| warp feed questions Is it worth buying a second hand warp feed (are they a tank? or are most 2nd hand ones tanked?) what is a good price to pay? Can anyone recomend a store? They will feed on any plane ie flat? I see they can work on gun vibration has anyone tried them with a jabb? cheers |

| A couple things. A) Used can sometimes mean abused; I've bought 2 used and the vibe sensors were gone. Also, look for cracking in the body; it is plastic and will break. It's just about impossible to get stickers off too; all the "Goo-Gone" in the world doesn't seem to get the cloudyness out. B) I wouldn't pay over $60 for a used one, unless it's a "used once but didn't like it" deal where you get all the paperwork and it's in immaculate condition. If you can't find what you want, they're worth buying new. C) Buy direct from AGD if you're buying new. Period. D) The feed system is weird. You have to cycle it with the manual feed button when you hook it up to start the flow of paint. It's an odd system, with slotted wheels pushing the balls, so even if you tip it upside down you'll get about 10-20 shots off before you have to let the hopper start feeding again... Obviously the length of tube between the Warp and the Feedneck comes into play here as far as capacity. E) The vibration sensors work, but are not by any means as reliable as the intellifeed option. If you have an Emag, IntelliMag, or any Angel/WDP marker you should just ignore the vibe feature. If you have an aftermarket board in your gun that'll do intellifeed, ignore the vibe feature. While reading the question, I've hooked up a warp to both an STBB (Spyder SE) and a JABB (Tippmann 98). After putting 30 balls through each and possibly waking the neighbors, I can say that the STBB gets a thumbs up for function, but the Tippy is a little shaky (no pun intended). Now I have to clean up my mess and go to work
