| MCB Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Southern Maine | You don't actually need on/offs when running a dual (or more) setup. It makes things a little easier, but to me its not worth the hassles of getting the on/off valve in the first place. The trick is to screw in the 1st tank until you hear a slight "hiss", then unscrew enough to stop. The oring has sealed the ASA. Then screw in the 2nd tank all the way. The screw in the 1st tank all the way. I've done that probobly about a hundred times. As for macroline, the better answer is "no, macroline is not rated for co2". Most is rated between 400psi and 800psi. Probobly safe for HPA, but co2 needs a line rated for at least 1800psi. There does exist macroline that strong, but its rare, and hardly ever used.
