Will My Nova run on CO2?

I just bought a Nova 700 off of ebay. Its not here yet, but I was wondering, will it run off CO2, or will I have to go and buy a HPA tank? Thanks.

According to the Owner's Manual (right click the link and Save As):

Nova 700 Owner's Manual

Co2 or HPA will work fine.

CO2 is actually better for Novas I believe, it's explained in the manual.

You can play all day on a 3.5 oz tank.

If your barrel if dented on the inside (most are) I have a few that are not.

Thanks everyone, Phantom Mikey: when it gets here I'll let you know if it is. Do you have any of the longer barrels off the Supernova? Also looking for a site rail as mine is missing it.

I think I have one 11" barrel and another 11" barrel with shroud.

The site rail kind of holds the valve in, I'm pretty sure you don't want to shoot it without the rail (or at least get a shorter bolt and secure the valve without the rail?). You'll see what I mean when you get the nova.

I read that if you replaced the bolt, using the marker without the site rail, it would be safe. I might be interested in the barrels, but I'll wait till I get the marker before buying more stuff for it. Thanks for the links.

BTW... The Nova was recalled because the back plate and barrel will blow off if the the reg fails.

Good Luck and be safe.
