cigar tubes

Looking to use cigar tubes for paintball storage, will a 54 ring size fit standard paintballs?

That's 54/64ths of an inch so I'd assume paintballs would fit. Why not just buy regular 10 rounders? It's gonna be spendy to buy a lot of nice cigars for tubes. I guess it's all good if you smoke a lot.

Any reason to buy a cigar is a good reason to buy a cigar.
If you can re-use the tube, so much the better.
Only problem, is that good cigars are not generally sold in "plastic" tubes.
All the cigars I buy are in glass.
If they are not good cigars, it's not worth the time
