AT85 problems

With all the activity ROS has brought back to this sub-forum and all the exciting movement with rATS, I decided to revisit my problem child.

Put her back together, aired her up. Small leak down barrel. Okay not the end of the world but does she cycle? Yes she does! Wewt! And then she doesn't... Sticks on the re-cock under pressure. It's almost like the 4 way isn't actuating correctly. Any ideas?

Down the barrel leak is the the cup seal.

Does it cycle correctly without the bolt assembly installed? (From the basic maintenance position seen here https://youtu.be/jDHOmdaKKlg)

Last I checked it did, and I also had a leak around the cycle assembly giving me the same sound as a leak down the barrel. I'll double check again.

EDIT: Yep, for sure still cycles without the bolt assembly installed. Still leas from the cycle assembly.

Yet another edit: OMG I think I found out what the cycle spool o-rings are. I think they are JIS SS032. 3.2mm ID and 5.2mm OD which match my measured ID/OD of the spool and body. Also explains why no metric or SAE ring would fit right.

Wish I knew enough to help, I haven't actually opened up the pneumatics yet.
