Teflon's probably going to aborb a good portion of it. Now back to bounce again... When aired up, I don't see this being an issue. But that based testing done from the seat of my pants. I invite someone more knowlegeable to check for them selfs.

Today I saw good results from regged 12g Shot 25 at 275-281fps. My on/off was leaking though. I'll check this again soon.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...

Solid crack, yes. I had to use the red valve spring Josh sent along because I was having problems getting below 300fps.
With the red spring, I can still get above 300fps, but now I can also achieve legal field limits as well as a very efficient set up. Reg or no reg. Co2, or HPA

very cool. well then why mess with it? who cares about a little bounce when theres no air in it. thats like messing with the SR-71 because it leaks oil in the hangar, but at high speed flight its fine.

Agreed. My cocker bounces (only without air) when I pull the cocking rod and then the trigger, broken that does not make.

I bet your cocker also sounds quiet, and that's the issue I have with the current valve stem. It may not be BRAAAPPPPP farting, but the guns are louder than they need to be. They sound like Trracers or something, a real bark.

Here's the Falcon.

Here's an Arrow Sterling dry firing.

And here's a CCM T2.

If you can't hear that, I don't know what else to say. These sort of things are deal breakers for buyers, that's something that needs to be considered before releasing a gun. Once you get a rep as a farting gun, it'll be hard to shake. To be clear, I couldn't care less about the hammer bounce when the gun is degassed. It's the post-shot bounce when it's aired up that bedevils my pump snob ears.
