Try this...disconnect the ram wires from the circuit board connector. There is a little catch on th side with the hole that you push in and pull on the wire; it will come out.

Gas up the gun and touch the wires to a 9 volt battery in order to fire it. If your gun still does not release the hammer, the hammer timing is grossly off. If the gun fires, then the ram/hammer are moving too slow and the circuit board is timing out before the cycle is complete. That could mean that...the hammer and carrier needs my mods, or the ram is dry and needs to be lubed or replaced, or the LPR is not providing enough pressure in order to move the ram fast enough to complete the cycle before timing out.

Like I said above, I removed the ring from my sear. I set my timing a little shorter than recommended. I found that it worked better and reduced the secondary pop when the gun latches the hammer.

Still a no go. I have to let this go if anyone is interested in purchasing the lot. No time to finangle with it anymore. Going to stick with the autocockers. Thanks everyone for the suggestions and information.

If you want to try one more thing; send it to me and I will give it a going over to see what the deal is, I'll let you know what I find and we'll see from there. At the very most you be out the cost of shipping if you should decide to scrap it.
