Old Project - Tactical Front Block

I made this for BuzzInHI. He had a VF Tactical Autococker and wanted a front block for a Sanchez dual rod pump kit.

Initial 3d rendering...

Final 3d rendering...

In progress photos...

Initial flycutting

Final flycut surface

Holes laid out, center punched and one center drilled

1" barrel passage hole, drilled and bored to size

All holes drilled, and bored or reamed

Roughing the offset

Test fitting the pump guide and barrel

Vertical ASA and tactical rails attached

Custom made air through screw to attach ASA to the front block

Unfortunately, I have no completed and anodized pictures in my collection. If anyone (especially you BuzzInHi) has finished photos of this marker, I would like to post them here.

Any chance you'd be willing to make this again?

Truthfully, I would rather not. If you *really* want one, I can figure out how much it will cost. Usually, the person who does the prototype, gets the best deal, becuse I usually vastly under estimate the time I will need on the first one... After that, I have a better idea of what I am getting myself into

Based on this exact design minus the rails, as I do not have any more of the, I can make another one for $85 plus shipping.

I have never used the front you made because of this and have it sitting here

Buzzinhi, I believe that Megatron1 is interested in it. If you want to sell, drop him a PM.

I did.. I have tinkered with your block on many other cockers I have it in my box of bits I was going to send out to be ano in dust black or cerakote it...
my rant.. I like autocockers and they make great pumps..hate the ball dribble...while a pump kit is easy to find.. show me one tacticool handle.. something that mimics the empire trracer.. floats over the barrel and has rails so you can add a AR foregrip... I have asked a few people to make me something.. heck it can have a rail on the bottom for forgrips and a recessed one on the top as most shrouds have integrated rails so the handle could slide onto and attach to the shroud.... make it dual rods like the empire sniper and also like a CCM with dual guide and you have a sturdy platform that will never bind or twist.. the handle has support and is not that heavy.. problems is having mounting hardware that does not interfere with the primary guide rod
I am sure there are other things to consider this is me thinking out loud and an Idea in my head
