| abandoned SCPer | Stock Class Carter Sniper
You read the title right. I'm looking to get as much info on this marker as I can. Serial number on the body is in the 91000s. I know of at least one other sniper just like this. I have no idea how many of these were made. As far as i can tell it has a LP valve in it, I get a lot of shoot up when I run 12 grams vertically. I think getting a palmers HP valve and playing with the springs should fix that though. It does have some cosmetic wear but its in pretty good shape, 8/10. Let me know what you think, any info would be appreciated. ![]() ![]() |

That is one of the snipers Earon made while he was with DYE IIRC. I have see a few but not many. Great looking sniper! Earon does awesome work on them.

Any idea how much its worth anyone? Like i said, dont know much about this gun. I just know that I traded a Karnivor for this back in 2007. The guy I got it from was running it with a reg and CA. It really doesnt work at all with 12 grams right now.

That gun and another similar one in dark green were made at the same time for the 2 guys who owned G-Force paintball shop in Fairview Heights Illinois. They requested that he valve them for 12 grams and Earon didnt do it. They where built off supplied bodies by them. The other bad thing about them was Earon epoxied the feeds on which we thought was a un-Carter type thing to do. Anyway they both cost over $700 back in early 2000's brand new. Today, its hard to tell as it is a unique gun.

Sorry, forgot to add, that Mark did try different valves and springs and didnt have much luck getting decent performance out of a 12 gram. I would maybe look at regging the 12gram as others have done and had some success with.

Thanks for the info Shane-O! I can confirm the Epoxied feed tube, I had to re-epoxy it myself since it came off at one point. I am bound and determined to make this thing run on 12 grams. My course of action is going to be to get a Palmers HP LT valve or maybe a sniper I valve from baccipaintball and a spring kit. FYI I also know of one other one just like this in this same color. Last I knew of it it belonged to Billy6977 if you know him. |

Is that Billy's old gun? Also, how's it going Chris?
