At the moment, I have no plans to cover it.

I considered this but I eventually decided to keep the nylon screw in place as it is what keeps tpc is place, without the screw the tpc would be loose and could cause velocity fluctuations.

the bolt connection screw would thread deep enough to put pressure on the tpc to keep it from moving. i do agree with you on the hardness of the phantom bolt. i made a phuzzard one on my own and it was a pain.

Was able to take it out and test fire it this morning after fixing the weld issue and it worked like a charm. I'll still need to go through and fine tune everything but right now, I'm happy with it.

Are you going to be offering this as a kit of some kind by chance, or are you going to be doing this just to show off?

I'd like to eventually offer a kit of some sort, maybe not based directly off this design though. I'm thinking more along the lines of an aluminum trigger group / frame with a wooden fore grip and stock.

Well after messing around with the lever and trying to fix the slop it had (set screw would slip and lever would partially swing without actuating the action) it was time for drastic measures... In this case, beefing up the work horse end of the lever. Machined a new end and had it welded to replace the old flimsy one, now it's just a matter of drilling it and the cam for an 1/8 pin and that should fix it. Also machined up a 20 round spring feed adapter.
