Barrel polishing/ refinishing? Also, buying TPC ported screw?

Just put my factory phantom barrel in the mail to superstanchy to have it freak bored. I bought the gun used and on the inside of the barrel there is a scratch about half the barrel length. Anyways, anybody have any ideas on how I could polish the inside of the barrel to smooth it out? Or should I even bother with it? Also, aiirsoldierproducts are out of the TPC ported screw. Anybody know where I can buy one that's in stock? Thanks in advance guys

The good news on the TPCs is that I just ordered a whole bunch from Mike as well as some tooling to machine the next batch, so it shouldn't be too much of a wait!
