here is the proto set we made a few years ago. they can be anodized but it would get pretty expensive. I would guess $40 + or -
They just machine slower than the plastic ones.

the set weights just over 2 oz ( 68grams)

What about doing them smooth or cutting the checkering down to reduce machining?

Those are gorgeous btw, I would drop 40+ on them.

Not to hijack the thread? But what about some damn aluminum triggers? I would buy one just to get it annod to match.

the autocam wears it out.we would have to put some sort of a wear pad
on the trigger.

Yes I as well. 50.00$ is not a bad price considering aluminum 45 grip's can go 80.00$ and higher. And yes, Mel if this ever happens please put me in for a set! You know what color. Feyd.....................

As for everyone else expressing interest, Bill said this afternoon that hell be willing to do a small sample run to test the waters. However, It is not foreseeable to have them done by the end of the year as the guys just ran my standard 86 panels. Wed have to put them in on the next run. Well be sure to keep you all posted as it progresses along.
