CCM Valve

My valve pin is stuck in the valve body. It slides freely within the valve body but cannot be removed from it. I was just noticing in the videos how easily that one seperated and was wondering if mine was somehow nicked internally and that is why it would not come apart. The internals are completely removed from the body, I just wanted to give it a little shine to help keep things smooth while the body is out for anno.

For all markers - look at the stickies - and read the Manuals. It is all there.

I'm sorry. I mean my valve pin is stuck in the valve body. It slides freely within the body but cannot be removed from it. I was just noticing in the videos how easily that one seperated and was wondering if mine was somehow nicked internally and that is why it would not come apart.

So.. Is it stuck in the marker still or have you removed the valve with stuck valve stem?

If it's not moving freely, it might be bent.

If it's still stuck in the marker, just dissassembly and use a pencil or rod of some sort to push the valve out from front to back.

The complete valve assembly is removed from the marker, I just can't seem to seperate the valve body and valve stem... The stem slides smoothly so I'm not sure what the problem is.

This is odd.

I wonder if valve stem mushroomed out for some reason. A set of calipers would tell you.

yeah, thats exactly what i was thinking, if the tip has mushroomed, a lil sandpaper is all you need.

with the valve out, there shouldnt be anything keeping the stem in

how old/how many shots(roughly) has the gun seen?
