yes I am aware that it wont come out the bottom ... it is as far that way as it can go and I am trying to turn it clockwise to move it further into the frame

Ok, you really don't need it as a trigger stop.

The screw was intended to raise the trigger up slightly in the cam slot.

The gun will function fine with out that screw.

with our new style frames we could probably delete it.

it gets caught on the front of the hammer which is the problem

Hi,

Thank you for providing us with more information. Sounds like the "under travel set screw" is really not "stuck" as you said and can turn or move it's way up the grip frame by turning it clock wise.

The hammer will not prevent you from removing the under travel set screw. But leaving the sear and the trigger will. So you will have to remove the sear and while you are in there, remove and clean the trigger. After all that is removed, the under travel set screw can be removed through the top of the grip frame.

But as Bill said, leaving the under travel set screw will not affect the function of the marker. Hope this helps.

It actually can't move in either direction... It is seized. It doors effect marker function as it creates a nasty double trigger pull I need to be able to move the screw up so it can put the sear slightly lower.
