S6 Feedneck threads
 
Is there anything special about these (Reverse threading?)

I can't get my feedneck off.

They are "RED" loctite on.It takes heat to take them off.If it doesn't absolutley have to come off I would leave it on.And, no other feed neck fits.

Only reason I could see to ever remove it is anodizing.

I like the old strait cut feednecks because I could use a knife as a removal tool. Once you burn the loc tite you can clamp it onto a hopper that fits tight and use the hopper as a tool to remove it.

Not reverse threaded.

Use a blow dryer to heat it up if you must. Please don't use a torch......
If I see one more B-B-Q feedneck or body come through here I will cry.
