Return Spring Solution

If you have an abundance of Madman spring kits around, take 3 (yes 3) soft sear springs and stack them in the guide rod hole of your pump handle.

Makes for a very light but positive return.

Did you just have an epiphany?

Thanks Dave. Two just won't cut the mustard. Those seeds are tricky mull with a knife.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...

BTW 2 will also work.

1 will not provide a positive return but will prevent the bolt from opening enough to feed a ball while running.

I do the same on my CCM pump(Rainman) pump mags, except that I drop a home-made spacer in the guide hole to take up a little extra space, instead of another spring. Works awesome when you have the right spring and the right sized spacer worked out.
