Trying to make my own part...need specs...

I am looking for the spec on making my own pump rod for my mini body Sniper II project. I was looking to make my own pump rod since I have misc. parts combined that can make me a CCM mini pump kit. Just need the dimension on the rod like how long, threading size and where to drill/tap for the A/T setup on the rod. Thanks.
